# Delivery Stats

Delivery statistics for every Email and Workflow are tracked individually and in aggregate. Keep an eye on these stats because they form the basis on which your sending reputation is calculated. You risk being banned if your SBUR (Spam, Bounce, Unsubscribe, Reject) Rate is >=5%
